We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, United States.

We send vouchers exclusively by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Additional packaging: You can select this additional shipping method in the order process if required. The point here is whether you want to receive a built-up vehicle or not. Please select this shipping method only if you order a vehicle and want to take advantage of the additional service. The costs for this amount to 90,00€ including value added tax.

For the dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding agency dispatch) we calculate as follows:
forwarding agency= 79,00€ incl. value added tax

E-bike shipping:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Austria= 219,00€ incl. VAT

Delivery times

If no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 10-14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
