SXT Max E-Scooter Version Road approval
If you are looking for a super-stable and ultra-resistant electric scooter, you have found it now - we present our SXT MAX, designed and approved according to the new eKFV (Elektro Kleinstfahrzeugverordnung, "Small Electric Vehicle Regulation"). The vehicle certainly looks very familiar - that's right, because this is the end user version of one of the most successful models worldwide, which is successfully used by many well-known current rental and sharing service providers worldwide, including in Germany - and it is not just any e-scooter, but probably the most stable, durable and resistant model currently on the market.
As required by the German regulation for electric vehicles, the SXT MAX has two independently operating brakes - in this case two drum brakes combined with an electromagnetic brake on the front axle. The lighting, in combination with the front, rear and side reflectors, also complies with the new German regulations for small electric vehicles. The maximum speed is the legally limited and electronically locked maximum speed of 20 km/h.
The drive consists of a brushless hub motor with a rated output of 350W, which is supplied with the necessary energy by a 36V 12.8 Ah (460.8 Wh) lithium battery with a very long range. The very large battery capacity is thus sufficient for distances of around 40 km without having to recharge the battery in the meantime. The included charger recharges the battery with 2A in about 6 hours. The built-in solid rubber tyres guarantee excellent grip and the wheel size of 10 inches also provides very good grip on the road and driving dynamics. Flat tyres due to defective tubes are also a thing of the past with solid rubber tyres.
The frame of the SXT MAX is made of a high-strength aluminium alloy and, unlike the Sharing Version, it is foldable at the handlebars, so that it can be transported comfortably in the boot of the car or folded up to save space on buses and trains. The total weight is 23 kg including battery pack due to the very robust and resistant construction. The built-in control unit is IP67 dust- and waterproof, the built-in battery is IP54 dust- and waterproof.
